Shipping, Refund & Cancellations

SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to deliver all the packages to you in the best condition and in the minimum possible time. We charge Nominal shipping charges for all orders is Rs 50. Your orders are shipped from our warehouse through registered courier companies at your doorstep and it will take 7-8 working days. It may take a little bit longer in case of bad weather condition, festive season and political disruption.

Cash On Delivery:

As per the cash on delivery policy:

  • To avail COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD.
  • Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
  • You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
  • If the product or packaging has been tampered with, do not accept the order.
  • No credit/debit cards are accepted at the door under the Cash on Delivery method.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of prepaid payment, the whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled from our side, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location within 7 – 10 working days.
CraftsShip reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

RETURN &  REFUND POLICY

  • The return request is only accepted if the product is defective, not as per the actual order placed or the characteristics differ from the product shown on the website.
  • You must raise a return request by e-mailing us on care@dreamcatcheronline.in or call us at 8586002204 within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Defective products need not to be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, send us images on our email id care@dreamcatcheronline.in within 24 hours and our team will revert back in 48hours.
  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • You can either get a store credit generated of the same amount that you’ve paid for or you can get a replacement for the same articles but in no condition, the amount would be refunded until unless there is a mistake from our side in delivering the order.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • It takes 7-12 working days for the new replacement or the store credit after we receive the old product.
  • The product amount will be credited back to your account within 7 working days, in the form of store credit, once we have received the products and quality check is done 

EXCHANGE POLICY

To avoid such kind of confusions, we have written size on every design to make sure that the sizes should be ordered in a perfect manner but due to any reason if the size is wrongly ordered then you need to pay exchange and shipping charges of Rs 150/- via Paytm on 8130137866 and do send us the screenshot of the transaction( Rs 150/-) on care@dreamcatcheronline.in. After this we will initiate the return process and this whole process(receiving, manufacturing and delivery)will take 10-12 days.
